Mike Dolence

Mike Dolence currently serves as Vice President Finance and Administration at RepresentUs. He oversees all aspects of the organization’s finances, including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements and reporting to the organization and its stakeholders.  Mike brings nearly three decades of financial management experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on developing policies and procedures to improve performance and productivity. He has also helped numerous groups define strategic direction, prepare business plans and create monitoring and accountability systems.

Mike is very excited to be a part of such a dynamic and important organization. He strongly believes that democracy is built for the people and that political corruption and partisan created voting districts are things that need to be urgently addressed to preserve our country.

Mike has a B.A. from Allegheny College (Political Science/Economics) and an MBA (Finance) from Cleveland State University.
