➤ CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM: Voters in Maine overwhelmingly voted to kick foreign money out of their elections, closing a campaign finance loophole that allowed foreign-owned entities to purchase influence in Maine referendum campaigns.

➤ RANKED CHOICE VOTING: We’re also celebrating major wins in Minnesota, where Minnetonka voters decisively rejected a charter amendment to repeal Ranked Choice Voting, and in Michigan, where RCV passed in all three municipalities in which it was on the ballot!

➤ BIG MOMENTUM: With Election Day’s victories, we’ve now notched 11 massive wins for the pro-democracy movement in 2023 alone (check the full list below). With the help of our partners, volunteers, and supporters, millions of Americans now have a stronger voice in our democracy, and we’re entering 2024 with major momentum!
